SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Shipping Methods

Kuki Kards LLC ships orders using reputable carriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

All items are shipped with care to protect sealed collectible products.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Kuki Kards LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kuki Kards LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or theft. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kukikards@gmail.com with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and assist where applicable.


International Shipping

At this time, Kuki Kards LLC does not offer international shipping, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
