NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS POLICY

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, all sales are final. Kuki Kards LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

All products sold by Kuki Kards LLC are brand new, authentic, and factory sealed. To protect the integrity of sealed collectible items and prevent tampering, returned products cannot be accepted under any circumstances.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sealed trading card products

  • Booster packs, boxes, or collections

  • Promotional, limited-release, or collectible items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kukikards@gmail.com with clear photos of:

  • The item received

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and assist where applicable.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
